The messy divorce between Rachel Uchitel and hubby, Matt Hahn, has taken a major turn against Tiger's former secret lover. Sources revealed Hahn is asking for custody of their 1-year-old daughter as well as child support and spousal support.
Because…
He's afraid of her!…Seriously.
In his request, Hahn is citing:
"…cruel and inhuman treatment… such that the conduct of the defendant [Rachel] so endangers the physical or mental well being of the plaintiff as renders it unsafe or improper for the plaintiff to cohabit with the defendant."
Sources say the relationship blew up last month when Rachel called 911 on May 16 after a nasty spousal spat, asking for help in getting Matt out of the house. Although she did not press charges, Hahn fired back, saying Rachel slapped him repeatedly after another fiery fight.
Well damn! Violence is never the answer; plus, she had to be pretty brazen to take on former Penn State football player!
Of the delicate situation, Rachel's rep states:
"It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media."
Talk about quickly: The couple has only been married for a year-and-a-half ago!
But seriously, we hope the pair figures out whatever's going on, because a young child is involved! #divorcedrama
